Scheduling and CancellationsWe  respectfully request that customers provide at least twenty-four (24)  hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.Failure  to provide reasonable notice or failure to provide access to the  property at the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation  or service fee at our discretion.We reserve the  right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment  failures, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.5. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers agree to:Provide accurate information regarding the services requested.Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.Secure pets prior to our arrival.Remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from the work area whenever possible.Inform us of any pre-existing damage, specialty fabrics, or previous cleaning concerns before services begin.While  we exercise reasonable care, Green Elite Carpet Cleaning is not  responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing  conditions.7. Results DisclaimerAlthough we utilize professional cleaning methods and commercial-grade equipment, we cannot guarantee:Complete stain removal.Complete odor removal in all circumstances.Restoration of damaged or worn materials.Permanent results for previously damaged or improperly maintained textiles.Certain stains, including bleach damage, permanent dye loss, pet urine damage, and wear patterns may not be removable.Cleaning results will vary based upon the age, condition, and composition of the materials being serviced.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Elite Carpet Cleaning shall not be liable for:Pre-existing damage or defects.Normal wear and tear.Manufacturer defects.Shrinkage, color loss, or texture changes caused by improper manufacturing or prior cleaning methods.Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.9.
